As members of Ramblers we are promoting walking, protecting the rights of way, campaigning for access to open countryside and defending the beauty of the countryside.

We have a membership of over 2000 in the Avon Area and our Groups are:

Norton Radstock

Severnside

Southwold

All produce programmes of walks and all welcome visitors and new members.

How Areas and Groups relate - Every Ramblers Group belongs to an Area. In total there are 57 Areas across England, Scotland and Wales. In England, the Areas correspond broadly to county boundaries. In Wales and Scotland, some Areas can cover larger territories. Click here for more information.
