The walk starts in the Chipping Sodbury High Street at the Clock Tower. The route initially follows the Monarch, Way along the River Frome through the outskirts of the town before crossing over the river and onto fields. The route continues to Park’s Farm and on to join up with the Jubilee Way for a short, but steepish climb, up to St John’s Church, Old Sodbury. The climb is well worth it as the view from the top of the hill gives views across the vale to the Welsh hills beyond. The route back to Chipping Sodbury is along the Frome Valley Walk Way.4.5mile / 7.2km
